The Reason this Website Exists
First of all, this website is a FREE Web Portal for Singles and Social Events in Southern California. Being a Web Portal, this site provides personalized capabilities to its visitors while providing a pathway to a variety of content. It is designed to share distributed information and to offer collaboration for the benefit of its users.
The main reason this website exists is to provide a One-Stop place for single people to meet other Singles. If you are single, then you know how difficult it is to find places to go for meeting quality people. Most of us who are single do not want to bar hop and would really like to meet someone special. The biggest problem with being single is that there are not many online sources that cater to Singles, except for the commercial dating services. Most single people would rather meet somebody in-person in a casual environment than through an online dating service. The big problem Singles are are faced with is knowing where to go.
This website was developed exclusively to help Singles meet other Singles or to make new friends. It was designed to be a FREE One-Stop place on the Internet where one can find both Singles and Social Events within their local area.
You can search the internet for events in your local area, but it is difficult to do on an ongoing basis. This website solves this problem by retrieving live up-to-date event information from multiple web sources and then categorizing the data into specific areas within Southern California.
This site also retrieves live up-to-date Personal Ads posted on many different websites, and like the event information, categorizes the data into specific areas within Southern California.
There is also a user interactive section within this website called Personals - Lets Get Together for people to collaborate and possibly get together. It is not as fancy as a commercial online dating service, but provides a means for people to communicate with each other.
